Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://utahfrpspecialtiesllc.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Utah FRP Specialties LLC reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Service Description. This Site describes Boat Detailing, Fiberglass Hull Repair, Boat Deck Repair, Custom Boat Painting, Gelcoat Repair, Transom Repair, Hull Blister Repair provided by Utah FRP Specialties LLC. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Utah FRP Specialties LLC or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Utah FRP Specialties LLC makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Utah FRP Specialties LLC's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Utah FRP Specialties LLC from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by UT law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in UT for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
